We had wonderful trip with 6 of us, all family members and everyone enjoyed, driver Sachin was excellent, all our tour guides in Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Jaipur and Agra were very knowledgeable and gave us brilliant knowledge of local history.

We traveled for 20 days in India (Mumbai – Tamil Nadu – Kerala – return to Mumbai) with a private car and driver. Overall, the trip was well organized, the hotels were good and in line with our preferences, and we consider the total cost fair. The vehicle provided was a new, clean SUV, and our driver, Mr. Bijou, was outstanding: polite, discreet, punctual, always smiling, and a true professional. The local guides were also excellent, with strong knowledge of the country’s history and culture, good English skills, and great storytelling ability (in Munnar: Mr. Sujith; in Tanjavur: Mr. Thamilarassan; in Mumbai: Mr. Semeel; in Pondicherry: Mr. Sivaganesh; in Mahabalipuram: Mr. Arun; and in Madurai: Mr. Kesavan). However, we did encounter some serious issues. During a domestic flight with Indigo, a cancellation occurred due to a strike by the flight crew. The agency’s ground staff member assigned to us, Mr. Mukesh, did not answer our calls and only sent generic messages such as “don’t worry, you are in good hands, give me some time,” without providing any real assistance. Eventually, we contacted Ms. Shivani and Mr. Sunny, who acted promptly and did their best to help us by booking a new flight for the following day, unfortunately at our own expense. Additionally, in Allepey, where we had booked a one-night stay on a houseboat with one bedroom, we were informed on arrival that one of us would have to sleep on a mattress on the floor instead of having three proper beds as promised. We requested either a change of houseboat or a transfer to a hotel in Cochin. Although the agency acknowledged that this was their mistake, they asked us to cover the additional cost. As a result, almost the entire afternoon was wasted exchanging messages with the agency, without a satisfactory resolution. In conclusion, I would describe the agency as good and generally reliable, with solid organization and quality partners. However, our overall experience was negatively affected by inadequate support from specific ground staff and the handling of certain issues, which could and should have been managed more professionally.

The staff at TraEminent Ms. Shivani Sharma and Mukesh Dhiman were prompt in their communication and helpful at every stage of our Chardham Yatra and also the continued tour of Ayodhya, Kashi Agra, Mathura, etc. They responded to all our queries and organised stays and tours as per our request. The group helped us get through the at times difficult trip to the best of their ability and the assigned drivers were very patient and supportive. The hotels we stayed in were decent cleaned, served the purpose overall the team was prompt and responsive as required.

Two week cultural tour of Rajasthan.
The team were able to work around our schedule, which included 2 days out in the middle to attend a wedding. The itinerary had a very good mix between cultural sites and downtime in fantastic hotels. Our contact was very responsive and able to answer any questions we had about our itinerary which meant we were never worried about getting the most of our trip.
