Andaman & Nicobar Islands lie outside the Indian mainland, in the Bay of Bengal. Known as the Jewel of the ocean, this necklace of islands promises the adventure of a lifetime. On this trip you visit the Cellular Jail in the capital Port Blair. It was meant mainly for Indian prisoners who dared to defy the British imperialism (freedom fighters). This huge building dating back to 1906, consists of several small rooms. The Sound and Light Show is a journey, showcasing the horrors, trials and tribulations that were inflicted upon them and their indomitable spirit in the face of all these atrocities. But an altogether world full of exciting beaches lies a few minutes drive from the jail. One can enjoy a variety of water sports on Corby’s Cove beach. Ross Island has an interesting mix of ruins of the erstwhile British and Japanese structures, laced with tropical lush greenery. The Havelock Island, which lies just 38 km from Port Blair is the treasure trove of beautiful Islands. Radhanagar Beach, the most beautiful beach in Asia and the serene Kalapathar Beach are some amazing experiences on this Island.
You would also head to the Laxmanpur Beach, Sitapur Beach, Bharatpur Beach – Neil Island,also known as the ‘vegetable bowl’ of Andaman, is all about stunningly beautiful beaches. Enjoy the mesmerising sunrise at Sitapur beach and beautiful Sunset at the Laxmanpur beach. Another tourist attraction at this beach is the Howrah Bridge a natural bridge like formation. Bharatpur is yet another tranquil beach with soft white sand and clear water, with corals visible on the bottom.
After sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, leave from Port Blair and get transferred to the Jetty. From there you will take the ferry to Havelock Island. Upon arrival, check into hotel. After freshening up, journey towards Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7), the Times Magazine rated it the finest beach among the best beaches in Asia. It is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun kissed beach and visiting Kalapathar Beach- the island is primarily populated by Bengali settlers. This picturesque Island with beautiful sandy beaches and lush green forest. This Beach is very beautiful and peaceful, then back to the Hotel, Overnight stay at hotel in Havelock.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Neil Island via ferry from Havelock Island. On arrival at Neil Island, our representative will receive and escort you to check-in to the resort. After resting, sightseeing of Neil Island would start, our representative would take you to Laxmanpur Beach, Sitapur Beach, Bharatpur Beach, Howra Bridge & Rock formation. It is an ideal place for swimming, sea bathing and basking on the sun kissed beach.
Note: Laxmanpur Beach is the sunset point and is a major attraction; water sports activities are available in Bharatpur Beach. Overnight stay at hotel in Neil Island.
According to the boat schedule, you reach back to Port Blair via ferry. On arrival at Port Blair, our representative will receive you at Phoenix Bay harbour and will escort you to check in to the Hotel / Resort. After check-in at the hotel in the afternoon, proceed for visit to Ross Island, the former residential and administrative island of the British during their rule of SouthEast Asia, nicknamed the Paris of the East. This island was completely destroyed in an earthquake, now in ruins. Overnight stay at hotel in Port Blair.

Traeminent Tours organised my 8 day trip around Kerala. We planned everything together so we could fine tune the itinerary. The accommodation was well chosen. The sites were interesting and I learned a lot about life in Kerala. My driver Fisol was excellent and made sure my holiday ran smoothly as the man on location. He went above and beyond his duties. I also asked for guides who spoke English in some locations for specific tours which helped me as an Australian. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and well cared for by everyone along the way. I vpukd contact the company for information whilst on tour and they replied quickly. Local knowledge was extra useful so my experience was rewarding and memorable. I would recommend this tour to others who need assistance to plan a visit to Kerala. The price is fair, the food along the way was delicious and the spice tours were great, just to name a few things. Pilgrimage tour. Recently we visited North, Central and South India. It was a great time, India always surprises us, mostly in a good way and sometimes we feel disappointed as well. Himalayas trip! My friend and myself hired their service for a trip to the Himalayas! It’s impressive that the tour company was so responsive to our needs, especially in changing vehicles so quickly. The whole trip went like clockwork, with no problems at all. Sebastian, our Kochin guide was very knowledgeable, spoke good English and took us to some really interesting places. HOTELS In all the hotels, the staff were very friendly and keen to please and all our rooms were spacious and well-appointed. At the Kumakorum Park Resort we were disappointed that we couldn't use the swimming pool and there there was no area outside to sit. However, It was our driver, Vincent, who made our trip such a success. He was more of a guide for us than just a driver. He was polite, friendly, punctual, helpful, kind and very well-informed. As he was Keralan, he knew all the routes and places of interest along the way. He planned our last day for us from leaving the houseboat at 9am until we took our sleeper train at 8.25pm- lighthouse, 2 beaches, Coir Museum, Maharajah's Palace, place for our final evening meal. He quickly picked up on things that interested us and suggested visits that always pleased us. We would recommend Tra-eminent to others as you tailored the trip to fit our interests perfectly. Amazing West and North Indian Tour - 2020.
