Two week cultural tour of Rajasthan. The team were able to work around our schedule, which included 2 days out in the middle to attend a wedding. The itinerary had a very good mix between cultural sites and downtime in fantastic hotels. My India tour with TraEminent India Tour. I organized a personal tour with the Company. The tour lasted 21 days and included Rajasthan, Delhi, Agra and Varansi. My 70th Birthday and my Spiritual Experience in the land of the Gods. Fantastic tour arrangements done by Jugmohan and his team. He arranged our trip itinerary for us. We arrived at Delhi airport were greeted with garlands by their representative who took us to our hotel all arranged by TraEminent Tours India. We traveled to Agra Rajasthan Punjab back to Delhi and then we traveled to Kerala and Bangalore. Right from the start tour guides taxi service with driver were exemplary. It was a wow factor for us thanks to Jugmohan and Mukesh who were there to help us out whenever there was a problem with anything and it dealt with amicably. North India Tour. Our trip in 2018 of north India did not go according to plan. We were scheduled to visit kedarnath mandir on the opening day in May 2018. On arrival we were advised that the mandir will remain closed to the public on the first day, due to the PM of India visiting on the first day. As a result of this and poor weather conditions no helicopter tickets were not available. We were forced to change our itinerary. With the help of Sunny of Tra-eminent India Tours we were able to do this. Sunny went the extra mile to reschedule our itinerary so that we completed our holiday. As a tourist we are always concerned about all going according to plan. It is assuring to note that this company delivers on their promises. What was nice about Sunny is that he keeps in contact with his guests making sure that all is well. Traeminent Tours organised my 8 day trip around Kerala. We planned everything together so we could fine tune the itinerary. The accommodation was well chosen. The sites were interesting and I learned a lot about life in Kerala. My driver Fisol was excellent and made sure my holiday ran smoothly as the man on location. He went above and beyond his duties. I also asked for guides who spoke English in some locations for specific tours which helped me as an Australian. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and well cared for by everyone along the way. I vpukd contact the company for information whilst on tour and they replied quickly. Local knowledge was extra useful so my experience was rewarding and memorable. I would recommend this tour to others who need assistance to plan a visit to Kerala. The price is fair, the food along the way was delicious and the spice tours were great, just to name a few things. The whole trip went like clockwork, with no problems at all. Sebastian, our Kochin guide was very knowledgeable, spoke good English and took us to some really interesting places. HOTELS In all the hotels, the staff were very friendly and keen to please and all our rooms were spacious and well-appointed. At the Kumakorum Park Resort we were disappointed that we couldn't use the swimming pool and there there was no area outside to sit. However, It was our driver, Vincent, who made our trip such a success. He was more of a guide for us than just a driver. He was polite, friendly, punctual, helpful, kind and very well-informed. As he was Keralan, he knew all the routes and places of interest along the way. He planned our last day for us from leaving the houseboat at 9am until we took our sleeper train at 8.25pm- lighthouse, 2 beaches, Coir Museum, Maharajah's Palace, place for our final evening meal. He quickly picked up on things that interested us and suggested visits that always pleased us. We would recommend Tra-eminent to others as you tailored the trip to fit our interests perfectly.
