After a short drive from Pokhara, you will arrive at Nayapul which is the starting point of your trek. From here, the trail passes through small villages, green fields, rivers and suspension bridges. Begin your trek with drive to Nayapul which is the starting point of the trek. You will reach Birethanti and start your trek to Ghandruk which is considered to be a beautiful village inhabited by the Gurung community. If time permits, you will visit Gurung Museum that exhibits ancient items of the village. Enjoy the stunning beauty of the region and make the most of the trip. Overnight stay in the local guest houses in Ghandruk.
Today, have your breakfast and trek for around an hour up to Kimrungdanda. While on the way, enjoy a great views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain ( Machhapuchhre) and Ganggapurna. A steep plunge takes you down to the Kimrong Khola and after another ascent from Kimrong Khola to Chere Danda, you will descend for a while and take a gentle walk to Chhomrong- Located on the laps of Annapurna Massive, Chhomrong is a beautiful village that has attracted tourists from all walks of life. Overnight stay at Chhomrong.
You will descend today via 2500 stone steps and cross the bridge that is above Chhomrong Khola. From here it is like an uphill climb to Sinuwa. Later you will pass through a beautiful forest to Kuldihar which is followed by a downhill walk to Bamboo. Overnight stay in the local guest house in Bamboo.
Enjoy your breakfast and pass through a bamboo forest which is cold and damp. Ascend steadily through the sections. Reach your hotel and enjoy the stunning view of the glacier river and make the most of the trip. Here you will climb up through much drier forest before arriving at Hinku Cave. You will get to see the trail drop before climbing again to Duerali which is the most scenic stretch of the route. Overnight stay in Deurali.
Proceed gently through a river bed and head to steep trail over the mountain side. Today, you will hike from Bagar to Machhapuchhre Base Camp. From this stunning base camp, you will get beautiful views of the majestic Machhapuchhre, Mt Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III. On the way you will get to see the vegetation as you enter Annapurna Sanctuary. Next you will head to the sanctuary that boast of dynamic view. Overnight stay at Annapurna Base Camp.
