Want more than sightseeing from your Kerala holiday? This 11 day Kerala adventure tour takes you from the tea hills of Munnar to the backwaters of Alleppey, the beaches of Kovalam and the southern tip of India at Kanyakumari, with a stop at Jatayu Earth's Center along the way.
Eleven days that cover Kerala from top to bottom, with an adventure stop most Kerala tours miss. After a first night in Cochin, you drive up to the tea estates of Munnar for two nights, then on to Periyar for spice plantations and an evening Kalaripayattu martial arts show.
The middle of the trip slows down on the water: a night by Vembanad Lake in Kumarakom, then a night on a houseboat in Alleppey with all meals on board. From there you head south via Trivandrum to the beach at Kovalam and on to Kanyakumari, where three seas meet.
On the way back north you visit Jatayu Earth's Center, home to one of the world's largest bird sculptures on a rocky hilltop, before a final night in Kollam and a last afternoon in Cochin. You travel in an air-conditioned sedan with your own driver throughout.

Your first and last nights. On day 10 you see Fort Kochi, the Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church, the Jewish Synagogue, the Dutch Palace and Jew Town before your flight home.
Two nights in the tea hills, with waterfalls on the drive up. Sightseeing includes Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, the tea estates, Echo Point and the Tea Museum.
One night in the Western Ghats with a guided spice plantation tour and an evening Kalaripayattu martial arts show.
One night by Vembanad Lake, with a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.
A night on a houseboat with lunch, tea, snacks and dinner on board. The boat cruises from noon to 5 pm, then moors for the night.
A stop on the drive to Kovalam for the Napier Museum and Sri Chitra Art Gallery. Hindu visitors in traditional dress can also visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple.
One night by the beach, with an evening at Hawa Beach.
One night at the southern tip of India. Visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, the Thiruvalluvar Statue and the Bhagavathy Amman Temple, and watch the sunset over the sea.
Visited on day 9 on the way to Kollam. A huge sculpture of the mythical bird Jatayu sits on a rocky hilltop, with sweeping views and adventure activities.
One night on the coast, with an evening visit to the Thangassery Lighthouse.

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Munnar. Enroute, enjoy the beautiful scenery of Cheeyappara, Valara waterfalls and lush green tea meadows. On reaching, check-in at the hotel. Enjoy your breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to Periyar which is situated at the Western Ghats in Kerala. Great trip and blown away by the scenery. Our tour was arranged by TraEminent India Tours. We flew from Mumbai to Madurai, Then by car to Rameshwaram, Kanyakumari, Kovalam, Alleppey boat house and to Cochin. Flew then to Goa and Mumbai. I was quite happy with the price for travel in a Toyota sedan and 3* accommodation. Very respectful and well English spoken driver with timeous pick up and drop off. Similar service in Mumbai as we were traveling from South Africa. No issues on internal flights or hotel bookings. All vouchers and flight tickets were issued on arrival. It's was a pleasant trip. 6 days and 5 nights - 3 couple. Cover kochi, Kollam and alappuzha boat house. The driver was good and helpful. All hotel- casino kochi and fragrant nature Kollam was too good. Boathouse experience was great too. The helper Abu in boathouse cooked super fast and delicious food( chicken, prawn,fish and crab). We recently completed a tour to Kashmir, Amritsar, Shimla, and Manali organised by Traeminent, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The itinerary was very well planned, allowing us to comfortably explore each destination without feeling rushed. Kashmir was absolutely breathtaking — from the serene Dal Lake to the stunning landscapes of Gulmarg. The houseboat stay was a highlight. Amritsar added a spiritual dimension to the trip, with a seamless visit to the Golden Temple and Wagah Border. Shimla and Manali were equally memorable, offering beautiful mountain views, enjoyable local experiences, and well-coordinated sightseeing. The toy train ride in Shimla and the overall hill station experience were particularly special.
