Arrive at Bodhgaya and on arrival, meet our guide who will transfer you to your booked hotel. Proceed for half day guided tour to Bodhgaya and visit Mahabodhi Temple, Sujata Village, Niranjana River and monasteries. Overnight stay at Bodhgaya.
Today after breakfast, drive to Patna and enroute visit Rajgir and Nalanda. Visit Gridhkutta, World Peace Stupa, Venuvanaram and Bimbisar Prison at Rajgir. Later after lunch, drive to Nalanda where you will be visiting the ruins of world ancient University. On arrival at Patna, check in at the hotel and rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight stay at Patna.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kushinagar. Enroute visit Vaishali which is a special place for the Buddhists. Visit the Ashoka Pillar, Lotus Tank and Chaumukhi. Later drive to Kushinagar and on arrival, check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Have your breakfast and proceed for half day guided tour to Kushinagar where you will visit Mahaparinirvana Temple, Rambhar Stupa and Japan Temple. Later in the afternoon, drive to Lumbini. On arrival, check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Today after breakfast, head for sightseeing tour of Lumbini. This city is known as the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama. Visit the famous Ashoka Pillar, Lumbini Sacred Garden which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Kapilavastu where Siddhartha spend the first 29 years of his life. Overnight stay at Lumbini.
After breakfast, drive to Shravasti and later in the afternoon head for sightseeing tour. Proceed to visit Saheth and Maheth which are believed to be the ancient site of Shravasti. Within this, you can visit three ancient buildings like Angulimala’s Stupa, Anathapindika’s Stupa and an old temple that is dedicated to Jain Tirthankara. Return back by evening for overnight stay.
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and drive to Varanasi. On arrival, check into the hotel and later in the evening, head for a walking tour of Ghats’s, temples and mosque. Witness the Holy Ganga Arti that is performed at the Dasashwamedh Ghat at sunset. Overnight stay at Varanasi.
Begin your day with an exclusive morning boat ride on the River Ganges and witness the beautiful sunrise. After the boat ride, head to visit the various ghats which are famous in Varanasi. Learn about the journey of life as per the Hindu system and visit Dashashwamedh Ghat and Manikarna Ghat. Proceed to your hotel for breakfast and then continue your tour by heading to Sarnath which is a popular Buddhist site in India. You will be visiting some of the popular places like Ashoka Pillar, Dhamekha Stupa, Chaukhandi, Digambar Jain Temple and the monasteries that depict the Buddhist life. Later, return back to Varanasi for overnight stay

We have just returned from a trip to Arangabad, Hampi and Badami. I found TraEminent on Trustpilot and whatsapped them and got an immediate reply from Sunny, who listened to what we wanted to do then passed us to his colleague Prachi to organise our trip. Prachi sent suggestions of different hotels and also suggested we added Badami to our itinery, which was an excellent suggestion. She organised hotels, drivers, guides and internal flights. Our hotel vouchers and internal flight bar codes were sent to us via email. We paid for the trip in 3 installments, the final one being on the day we arrivec in India. Our contact once the trip was organised and whilst we were in India was Mukesh. Prachi also created a group Whatsapp for herself, Mukesh, my husband and myself. As the holiday neared the war in Iran started and up until the day we travelled we were not sure we would be able to travel and Mukesh was excellent in starting to secure refunds and vouchers. But fortunately on the day we were able to travel, although due to late setting off and extra travel time we missed our connection from Delhi to Aurangabad and had to travel early the next morning. I contacted Mukesh who rearranged the pickup from the airport. Mukesk kept in contact with us daily for the duration of the trip and informed us of each drivers and car details the day before the pick up. We had 2 drivers, Aleem for Aurangabad and Ram for Hampi and Badami, both were excellent and the cars were comfortable. Our guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. The hotels were exactley what we wanted and the intetnal flights with Indigo were ideal time wise. We had the best 10 day tour. Thank you TraEminent for you help, patience and communication. Our India Tour. On this trip we visited Gujarat, Bengal, Odisha, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. They organised everything for us Whenever we visit India or Sri Lanka, we have used TraEminent Indian tours for their guidance and recommendations and meticulous eye for detail. They had also arranged all internal flights for us. October, 2024.
Rajasthan and Goa tour. TraEminent were excellent organisers. Our trip was planned to the last detail and went off pretty smoothly. We had good hotels, a great driver in Avtar Singh, and geneally good guides in each city. We enjoyed Udaipur and Goa the most, but appreciated the architectural marvels of the Golden Triangle too. After the stress (not least on the driver) of driving 700 and more kilometers, a few quiet days in Goa were welcomed. We would certainly recommend TraEminent to any group planning a trip to India.
