The ideal time to take a North East Wildlife tour is from November to April, when the weather is cool and pleasant. During these months, the skies are clear and it is easier to spot wildlife in the national parks. The monsoon season, from June to September, covers the region in lush greenery but heavy rains can make safaris and treks difficult. Upon arrival, meet our representative who will pick and greet you at the airport. You will then be transferred to Kaziranga National Park. Upon arrival, check-in at the jungle lodge and the rest of the day will be at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Today, wake up early in the morning and proceed for elephant ride for an hour (at your own cost) inside the park. After the ride return back to the lodge for delicious breakfast that will be served. Then you will proceed for a jeep safari tour in the western range of the park. While on your safari tour, you will come across various animals like Rhino, water buffalo, woodland birds and much more that will make your safari tour memorable and worthwhile. You will pass through low alluvial savanna woodland, wetlands and scenic jungle area. After the safari tour, return to the lodge for lunch and relax for a while. Post lunch, get ready for another jeep safari tour in the eastern range (Agoratoli) where you will get an excellent opportunity to view different species of birds. Pass through Dillenia Swamp Forest where you can spot elephants roaming around freely in their natural environment. Return back to your lodge by evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Today after breakfast, check out from the lodge and meet our representative who will transfer you to Manas National Park which is your next stop on the wildlife tour. The drive from Kaziranga to Manas takes approximately 7 hours. Upon arrival, check in to your booked lodge and the rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight stay at the lodge.
Wake up early today and proceed for Elephant ride (at your own cost) in Manas National Park. Enjoy the beautiful view of the jungle along with tea or coffee. Later return to the lodge for breakfast and rest for a while. Post breakfast, get ready for a jeep safari tour to Mathanguri - Uchila Road. This road passes through woodland and beautiful Savanna. You may spot rare species as the sighting of animals is not as good as Kaziranga. Return back to the lodge for a delicious lunch and later visit one of the nearby villages where you can witness the amazing culture and tradition of the Bodo Tribe. Interact with the locals and hear stories about their culture and traditions. By evening return back to the lodge and enjoy traditional Bodo Dance which is performed by local artists. We booked a trip to Ladakh based on positive reviews on tripadvisor. It was a personal 7 nights 8 days trip. They asked us our preferences and came up with an itinerary and price with 3 or 4 star hotel options. The trip included leh, pangong tso, shyok,nubra valley, turtuk, alchi and travelling through high altitude snowy passes khardungla and changla and kargil (we added kargil). We went late june early july. It was beautiful and flowers were starting to come up, and also snowmelts. A bit scary in shyok as the road in places disappeared and we drove over stones and through water for a few kilometres. We saw marmot, wild donkey and free horses, yak and several birds. The mountains are majestic. The altitude does make you a bit breathless, none of us had any health condition and we felt it. Our local contact in leg provided by traeminent tours advised us on altitude sickness and he emphasised several times on contacting him if we ever felt unfortable beyond the usual symptoms, how much and when to sleep. We followed his instructions carefully. We also took diomax for tge altitude breathlessness the first night which helped but it makes you thirsty and gives you a headache so we stopped taking it after. For our stay in Pangong tso our Leh person Gurmeet told us to take an oxygen cylinder reason being its higher altitude and there are no hospitals. An oxygen cylinder has 3 hours worth of oxygen should you need to drive to a hospital. We considered the Rs 2,500 an insurance and we did feel more breathless at pangong. While we could have managed without oxygen the oxygen did help ease the tightness in our chest (maybe coming from hot humid sea level singapore we took probably longer to adapt). We chose the 3 star option and did not regret it. Most cases the rooms were spacious and had great views. At pangong tso we asked to upgrade to a room with a view for an additional Rs 6.6k per person we were 3, sharing a room so we paid Rs 19.8k we felt was steep but were told taxes are high and dinner was included. Our Rs 51k per person for the trip included an excellent calm careful and informative driver Jimme and a sturdy spacious vehicle, breakfast and in two places dinner. Jimme's playlist is also great so after our trip we asked him for it. We saw beautiful monastries at Alchi, Lamayuru, Diskit, moonland the impressive Indus, Shyok and Suru rivers which we drove along. Jagmohan our tour coordinator was helpful and accommodating of our requests to add Kargil. Over all an excellent trip and we were glad we chose Traeminent. July, 2026

It's was a pleasant trip. 6 days and 5 nights - 3 couple. Cover kochi, Kollam and alappuzha boat house. The driver was good and helpful. All hotel- casino kochi and fragrant nature Kollam was too good. Boathouse experience was great too. The helper Abu in boathouse cooked super fast and delicious food( chicken, prawn,fish and crab). We recently completed a tour to Kashmir, Amritsar, Shimla, and Manali organised by Traeminent, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The itinerary was very well planned, allowing us to comfortably explore each destination without feeling rushed. Kashmir was absolutely breathtaking — from the serene Dal Lake to the stunning landscapes of Gulmarg. The houseboat stay was a highlight. Amritsar added a spiritual dimension to the trip, with a seamless visit to the Golden Temple and Wagah Border. Shimla and Manali were equally memorable, offering beautiful mountain views, enjoyable local experiences, and well-coordinated sightseeing. The toy train ride in Shimla and the overall hill station experience were particularly special.
