Our three dham yatra begins from Delhi which is the starting point of this journey. From Delhi, you will travel by road towards Haridwar which is one of the holiest cities in India. In the evening, you will attend Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri where lamps float on the river and prayers fill the air. The next stop is Uttarkashi which is a peaceful hill town near the Bhagirathi River. From here, you will travel to Gangotri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Ganga. After that, the journey continues towards Guptkashi which is the basepoint of the Kedarnath visit. From Gaurikund, devotees begin the trek to Kedarnath Temple. After darshan at Kedarnath Temple, this tour moves towards Joshimath and then to Badrinath Temple. Finally, you return via Rudraprayag back to Delhi.     Haridwar is a holy city where River Ganga enters the plans. You will attend the evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri where lamps, prayers and chants create a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. You will also stroll through local markets of Haridwar.

  • Uttarkashi

    Uttarkashi is a calm mountain town located on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. It is surrounded by hills and natural beauty which makes it an important stop in this journey. Here, you will visit the popular Vishwanath Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

  • Gangotri Temple

    Gangotri Temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga and it is one of the sacred Char Dham sites. It is believed to mark the origin of the holy River Ganga. The calm surroundings make your visit spiritually uplifting and meaningful.

  • Guptkashi

    From Gaurikund, you will begin the trek to Kedarnath Temple which is about 16 to 18 km. The path passes through beautiful valleys and rivers. Kedarnath Temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and holds deep spiritual importance.

    Joshimath is a hill town on the way to Badrinath. It serves as a comfortable resting point for travelers and offers breathtaking Himalayan views along with a calm mountain atmosphere.

  • Badrinath

    Badrinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Visnu and it is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in India. This temple is surrounded by tall mountains and flowing rivers. You will take a holy dip in Tapt Kund before entering the temple for darshan. Visiting here provides a calm and divine feeling. You will also explore popular attractions including Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Mata Murti Temple and Mana Village.

  • Rudraprayag

Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 Delhi – Haridwar (By Road: 4-5 Hours Drive) +
On arrival at Haridwar, meet our guide who will transfer you to your booked hotel. Later in the evening, visit Har-Ki-Pauri and attend the Ganga Aarti on the banks of Ganges. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.
DAY 2 Haridwar – Uttarkashi (By Road: 6 Hours Drive) +

Wake up and enjoy breakfast. Drive to Uttarkashi. Upon reaching, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. Next, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day kept for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Uttarkashi.

DAY 3 Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (By Road: 3-4 Hours Drive) +

After morning breakfast, drive to Gangotri. Enroute, take a holy dip in Garam Kund at Gangnani Hot water springs. Continue drive to Gangotri via the beautiful Harsil Valley. On arrival, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges. Next, visit the temple to perform Pooja and Darshan. Relax for some time soaking in the amazing scenic vistas. Drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at hotel in Uttarkashi.

DAY 4 Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (By Road: 8-9 Hours Drive) +

After breakfast at hotel, checkout and drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. Enroute, enjoy views of the beautiful Mandakini river in Tilwara. Upon reaching, check-in at the hotel and relax for sometime. Evening visit to the famous Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.

DAY 5 Guptkashi – Gaurikund (By Road: 1 Hour Drive) – Kedarnath (By Trek: 5-6 Hours) +
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel. Drive to Gaurikund followed by trek to Kedarnath Temple. On reaching, visit the shrine and seek divine blessings at Kedarnath Temple. Return back to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Kedarnath.
DAY 6 Kedarnath – Gaurikund (By Trek) – Guptkashi (By Road: 1 Hour Drive) +
After breakfast, head to Gaurikund via trek. On arrival, transfer to Guptkashi via road. Overnight stay at hotel in Guptkashi.
DAY 7 Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath (By Road: 7-8 Hours Drive) +

Have your breakfast. Checkout from the hotel. Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. On arrival, rest for some time and later, head for Darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Return to hotel. Settle for dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Badrinath.

DAY 8 Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag (By Road: Approx 7 Hours Drive) +

Wake up and enjoy early morning breakfast. Head to the Tapt Kund for a holy bath. Visit the Badrinath Temple for morning darshan. After the tour, you can explore the other attractions such as Mana Village, Vyas Gufa and Mata Murti Temple. Later in the afternoon, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath. On arrival at Rudraprayag, check in to the hotel and relax for the day. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Rudraprayag.

DAY 9 Rudraprayag – Sightseeing +
Wake up and settle for breakfast in morning. Explore the famous tourist places like the Rudraprayag sangam, Sri Tungnath temple, Koteshwar Mahadev temple and Kempty falls. Overnight stay at hotel in Rudraprayag.
DAY 10 Rudraprayag – Haridwar (By Road: 5-6 Hours Drive) +
After breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Haridwar. On reaching, check-in at the hotel. Day free to explore the local markets or attend the spectacular Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Paudi. Overnight stay at hotel in Haridwar.
DAY 11 Haridwar – Delhi Airport (By Road: 5 Hours Drive) +
After breakfast, transfer to Delhi Airport for onward journey.

We booked a trip to Ladakh based on positive reviews on tripadvisor. It was a personal 7 nights 8 days trip. They asked us our preferences and came up with an itinerary and price with 3 or 4 star hotel options. The trip included leh, pangong tso, shyok,nubra valley, turtuk, alchi and travelling through high altitude snowy passes khardungla and changla and kargil (we added kargil). We went late june early july. It was beautiful and flowers were starting to come up, and also snowmelts. A bit scary in shyok as the road in places disappeared and we drove over stones and through water for a few kilometres. We saw marmot, wild donkey and free horses, yak and several birds. The mountains are majestic. The altitude does make you a bit breathless, none of us had any health condition and we felt it. Our local contact in leg provided by traeminent tours advised us on altitude sickness and he emphasised several times on contacting him if we ever felt unfortable beyond the usual symptoms, how much and when to sleep. We followed his instructions carefully. We also took diomax for tge altitude breathlessness the first night which helped but it makes you thirsty and gives you a headache so we stopped taking it after. For our stay in Pangong tso our Leh person Gurmeet told us to take an oxygen cylinder reason being its higher altitude and there are no hospitals. An oxygen cylinder has 3 hours worth of oxygen should you need to drive to a hospital. We considered the Rs 2,500 an insurance and we did feel more breathless at pangong. While we could have managed without oxygen the oxygen did help ease the tightness in our chest (maybe coming from hot humid sea level singapore we took probably longer to adapt). We chose the 3 star option and did not regret it. Most cases the rooms were spacious and had great views. At pangong tso we asked to upgrade to a room with a view for an additional Rs 6.6k per person we were 3, sharing a room so we paid Rs 19.8k we felt was steep but were told taxes are high and dinner was included. Our Rs 51k per person for the trip included an excellent calm careful and informative driver Jimme and a sturdy spacious vehicle, breakfast and in two places dinner. Jimme's playlist is also great so after our trip we asked him for it. We saw beautiful monastries at Alchi, Lamayuru, Diskit, moonland the impressive Indus, Shyok and Suru rivers which we drove along. Jagmohan our tour coordinator was helpful and accommodating of our requests to add Kargil. Over all an excellent trip and we were glad we chose Traeminent.  July, 2026

It's was a pleasant trip. 6 days and 5 nights - 3 couple. Cover kochi, Kollam and alappuzha boat house. The driver was good and helpful.
