My 70th Birthday and my Spiritual Experience in the land of the Gods. Fantastic tour arrangements done by Jugmohan and his team. He arranged our trip itinerary for us. We arrived at Delhi airport were greeted with garlands by their representative who took us to our hotel all arranged by TraEminent Tours India. We traveled to Agra Rajasthan Punjab back to Delhi and then we traveled to Kerala and Bangalore. Right from the start tour guides taxi service with driver were exemplary. It was a wow factor for us thanks to Jugmohan and Mukesh who were there to help us out whenever there was a problem with anything and it dealt with amicably. This is a great company who planned and organised my trip to the Golden Triangle with an additional 2 days in the trip was tailor made to my requirements and flight times. Excellent pre-engagement before the trip by email and WhatsApp. I was allocated a driver for the week called Sandeep who I would say is one of the best drivers in India. He got me safely and efficiently from place to place throughout the trip. All guides in each location were excellent and made the trip all the more memorable. Special mention to the guide and driver at Ranthambore fort who were good fun and encouraged me to run back to the jeep as a tiger was sighted nearby. Drove at speed and missed the tiger but got to see a leopard which was awesome. Also guide at Agra who got me there nice and early that I more or less had the Taj Mahal to myself! In conclusion this company deserves maximum rating for such a brilliant week from start to finish. A wonderful experience in Bengaluru, Mysore, Coorg and, Ooty. TraEminent India Tours organised my 5-Day South India Tour visiting a combination of city’s and hill station. We have just returned from a trip to Arangabad, Hampi and Badami. I found TraEminent on Trustpilot and whatsapped them and got an immediate reply from Sunny, who listened to what we wanted to do then passed us to his colleague Prachi to organise our trip. Prachi sent suggestions of different hotels and also suggested we added Badami to our itinery, which was an excellent suggestion. She organised hotels, drivers, guides and internal flights. Our hotel vouchers and internal flight bar codes were sent to us via email. We paid for the trip in 3 installments, the final one being on the day we arrivec in India. Our contact once the trip was organised and whilst we were in India was Mukesh. Prachi also created a group Whatsapp for herself, Mukesh, my husband and myself. As the holiday neared the war in Iran started and up until the day we travelled we were not sure we would be able to travel and Mukesh was excellent in starting to secure refunds and vouchers. But fortunately on the day we were able to travel, although due to late setting off and extra travel time we missed our connection from Delhi to Aurangabad and had to travel early the next morning. I contacted Mukesh who rearranged the pickup from the airport. Mukesk kept in contact with us daily for the duration of the trip and informed us of each drivers and car details the day before the pick up. We had 2 drivers, Aleem for Aurangabad and Ram for Hampi and Badami, both were excellent and the cars were comfortable. Our guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. The hotels were exactley what we wanted and the intetnal flights with Indigo were ideal time wise. We had the best 10 day tour. Thank you TraEminent for you help, patience and communication. I took an 8-day tour of Kerala with TraEminent, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Golden Triangle Tour – Excellent service. Thanks to TraEminent tour we had a great first visit in India! We booked this tour at the last minute, but everything went very well from start to finish! We had an amazing tour across the Golden Triangle, through Ranthambore Park and it was simply amazing!! We had a great driver, always on time, we always had an excellent local guide, a person dedicated only to us to be here 24/7 for every question and problem and the manager of the agency visited us personally to make sure everything was going well. They picked us up at the airport and booked all the accommodation for us. The price was simply unbeatable and the service excellent!! We can only recommend it! We are a family with two children, so sometimes we had to change the agreed itinerary, but everything went great. They helped us even when we were sick, our local guide went with us to the pharmacy and helped us buy the necessary pills. I left my wallet at the Mumbai airport and the manager did his best to help me to get it back. I appreciate it!! Lovely experience
