DAY 1 Arrival at Delhi +

Our representative will meet and greet at the airport and get you transferred to hotel. After freshen up, walk through the bustling local markets or enjoy the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

DAY 2 The heartland of India- Delhi +

Start your day with a visit to Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid, Red Fort (Outer view), Rajghat. Later, walk through the bustling bazaars of the area on foot. In Afternoon, head to the Qutub Minar (tallest brick minaret in the world) followed by a drive past the official residence of President of India, Parliament House and a popular historical attraction- the India Gate built in honor of sacrifices of Indian soldiers. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

DAY 3 Delhi - Agra (233 Kms / Approx 04 Hrs 30 Mint. Drive) +

This tour proceeds with a morning drive to Agra where you visit the Agra Fort, Itmah-dullah and in the evening, enjoy shopping at its local bazaars. Overnight stay at hotel in Agra.

DAY 4 Agra-Jaipur (240 Kms / Approx 05 Hrs. Drive) via Fatehpur Sikri +

Wake up early morning to witness the picturesque sunrise vistas in the backdrop of the wonderful Taj Mahal. Later, our driver would drive you to the Pink City of India- also called Jaipur. Enroute, visit the Fatehpur Sikri (a former residence of Emperor Akbar of its time). Upon arrival in Jaipur, spend your evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.

DAY 5 Delightful Jaipur +

Your day kick-starts with exclusive visits to prominent attractions of Jaipur including the Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and Sheesh Mahal or the Palace of Mirrors. Spice up your evening while you shop traditional souvenirs from the rich, vibrant and bustling local bazaars of this city. Overnight stay at Hotel in Jaipur.

DAY 6 Jaipur - Delhi (273 Kms / Approx 06 Hrs 30 Mint. Drive) +

Enjoy a hearty breakfast followed by check-out from hotel in Jaipur. Drive to Delhi and on arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend you day at leisure. In the evening, head to the breathtakingly lavish ancient temple called the Akshardham Temple. It is constructed as a prime worship spot of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Its magnificence echoes out loud from its architecture brilliance in every corner. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

DAY 7 Delhi- Train- Amritsar (Shatabdi Train- Departs at 0720am- Arrives at 1345pm) +

In the morning, drive to Delhi railway station to board a train to Amritsar- an abode to the holiest shrine of the Sikhs. Upon arrival in Amritsar, check in-at the hotel. After little relaxation, drive to the Wagah Border to witness the Wagah Border ceremony followed daily. Overnight stay at hotel in Amritsar.

DAY 8 Amritsar- Train – Delhi (Shatabdi Train- Departs at 1650 pm- Arrives at 2305pm) +

Settle for breakfast and later, head for Amritsar sightseeing tour with first visit to Golden Temple. Later, make a visit to the Jallianwala Bagh and Durgain Temple. In evening, drive to Amritsar Railway station to board train back to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

DAY 9 Delhi Airport Drop Departure +

Start your day with breakfast followed by check-out from the hotel. Drive to Delhi’s International Airport to board flight back home.

We booked a trip to Ladakh based on positive reviews on tripadvisor. It was a personal 7 nights 8 days trip. They asked us our preferences and came up with an itinerary and price with 3 or 4 star hotel options. The trip included leh, pangong tso, shyok,nubra valley, turtuk, alchi and travelling through high altitude snowy passes khardungla and changla and kargil (we added kargil). We went late june early july. It was beautiful and flowers were starting to come up, and also snowmelts. A bit scary in shyok as the road in places disappeared and we drove over stones and through water for a few kilometres. We saw marmot, wild donkey and free horses, yak and several birds. The mountains are majestic. The altitude does make you a bit breathless, none of us had any health condition and we felt it. Our local contact in leg provided by traeminent tours advised us on altitude sickness and he emphasised several times on contacting him if we ever felt unfortable beyond the usual symptoms, how much and when to sleep. We followed his instructions carefully. We also took diomax for tge altitude breathlessness the first night which helped but it makes you thirsty and gives you a headache so we stopped taking it after. For our stay in Pangong tso our Leh person Gurmeet told us to take an oxygen cylinder reason being its higher altitude and there are no hospitals. An oxygen cylinder has 3 hours worth of oxygen should you need to drive to a hospital. We considered the Rs 2,500 an insurance and we did feel more breathless at pangong. While we could have managed without oxygen the oxygen did help ease the tightness in our chest (maybe coming from hot humid sea level singapore we took probably longer to adapt). We chose the 3 star option and did not regret it. Most cases the rooms were spacious and had great views. At pangong tso we asked to upgrade to a room with a view for an additional Rs 6.6k per person we were 3, sharing a room so we paid Rs 19.8k we felt was steep but were told taxes are high and dinner was included. Our Rs 51k per person for the trip included an excellent calm careful and informative driver Jimme and a sturdy spacious vehicle, breakfast and in two places dinner. Jimme's playlist is also great so after our trip we asked him for it. We saw beautiful monastries at Alchi, Lamayuru, Diskit, moonland the impressive Indus, Shyok and Suru rivers which we drove along. Jagmohan our tour coordinator was helpful and accommodating of our requests to add Kargil. Over all an excellent trip and we were glad we chose Traeminent.  July, 2026

It's was a pleasant trip. 6 days and 5 nights - 3 couple. Cover kochi, Kollam and alappuzha boat house. The driver was good and helpful.
