Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival in Jaipur +

Arrive at Jaipur and meet our guide who will transfer you to the booked hotel. Later in the afternoon, take a photo stop at Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar Observatory. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at Rajasthani restaurant- Chowkhi Dhani. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

DAY 2 Jaipur to Mandawa (170 Kms / Approx 03 Hrs. Drive) +

Enjoy your breakfast and get transferred to Mandawa which is situated in the heart of Shekhawati region. Head to visit some of the Havelies for which the shekhawati region is known for. Later in the evening, go for a sunset camel ride in the sand dunes and overnight stay at Mandawa.

DAY 3 Mandawa to Pushkar (229 Kms / Approx 05 Hrs. Drive) +

Today after breakfast, proceed to Mandawa Fort which is a popular tourist attraction in Rajasthan. Head to Pushkar thereafter and if time permits, take a camel ride into the desert and enjoy the beautiful sunset among the dunes or head to the hilltop temple for stunning views. Overnight stay at Pushkar.

DAY 4 Pushkar to Deogarh (160 Kms / Approx 04 Hrs. Drive) +

Munch in your breakfast and proceed to Deogarh which is located at a height of 2100 ft above the sea level. Visit the Deogarh Mahal that is built in the 17th century and is now transformed into a heritage hotel. The palace is nestled on top of the hill and offers stunning view of the Aravali mountain range, countryside and lakes. Overnight stay at Deogarh.

DAY 5 Deoghar to Udaipur (130 Kms / Approx 03 Hrs. Drive) +

Proceed to Udaipur after breakfast and enroute visit Kumbhalgarh Fort which is considered as the second most important fort after Chittorgarh in the Mewar region. Later in the evening explore the bustling markets of Udiapur and overnight stay.

DAY 6 Udaipur +

Today after breakfast head for sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Head to visit popular places such as City Palace which is a conglomeration of buildings built by the Rajput rulers. Visit Jagdish Temple, Jain temple at Ranakpur, Lake Pichola and Bagore ki Haveli. Overnight at Udaipur.

DAY 7 Udaipur - Chittorgarh- Bassi (140 Kms / Approx 03 Hrs. Drive) +

Kick start your day with breakfast and later head to Chittorgarh where you will visit the popular Chittorgarh Fort. The fort is one of the finest forts in the country that has attracted tourists from all walks of life. Later in the evening drive to Bassi village for overnight stay.

DAY 8 Bassi +

Have your breakfast and get ready to explore the tiny village of Bassi. Head to visit the Bassi Fort which is the main highlight of the village. You can also visit two large water reservoirs that are used as irrigation dams called as Bassi dam and Orai dam. For the wildlife lovers, one can visit Bassi wildlife sanctuary that houses some of the exotic animal and bird species. Take a walk through the village and see the local craftspeople at work. Overnight stay at Bassi.

DAY 9 Bassi to Bundi (130 Kms / Approx 03 Hrs. Drive) +

Today after breakfast, proceed to Bundi which is your next stop on this offbeat tour of Rajasthan. Take a day trip of the city and see the hidden gem of Rajasthan. Overnight stay at Bundi.

DAY 10 Bundi to Ranthambore (155 Kms / Approx 04 Hrs. Drive) +

Enjoy delicious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Ranthambore which was once a famous hunting ground for the Maharajas of Jaipur. Ranthambore is now known to be one of the country’s largest national parks where you can take a afternoon jeep safari and enjoy the beauty of the place. Overnight stay at Ranthambore.

DAY 11 Ranthambore to Jaipur (190 Kms / Approx 04 Hrs. Drive) +

After breakfast, leave for Jaipur and enroute visit 15th century Amber Fort and palaces. In the evening, take a walk through the colourful bazaar and return back to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 12 Jaipur Airport Drop Departure +
Your tour will come to an end with your departure to the airport and from there board flight for your onward journey.

We booked a trip to Ladakh based on positive reviews on tripadvisor. It was a personal 7 nights 8 days trip. They asked us our preferences and came up with an itinerary and price with 3 or 4 star hotel options. The trip included leh, pangong tso, shyok,nubra valley, turtuk, alchi and travelling through high altitude snowy passes khardungla and changla and kargil (we added kargil). We went late june early july. It was beautiful and flowers were starting to come up, and also snowmelts. A bit scary in shyok as the road in places disappeared and we drove over stones and through water for a few kilometres. We saw marmot, wild donkey and free horses, yak and several birds. The mountains are majestic. The altitude does make you a bit breathless, none of us had any health condition and we felt it. Our local contact in leg provided by traeminent tours advised us on altitude sickness and he emphasised several times on contacting him if we ever felt unfortable beyond the usual symptoms, how much and when to sleep. We followed his instructions carefully. We also took diomax for tge altitude breathlessness the first night which helped but it makes you thirsty and gives you a headache so we stopped taking it after. For our stay in Pangong tso our Leh person Gurmeet told us to take an oxygen cylinder reason being its higher altitude and there are no hospitals. An oxygen cylinder has 3 hours worth of oxygen should you need to drive to a hospital. We considered the Rs 2,500 an insurance and we did feel more breathless at pangong. While we could have managed without oxygen the oxygen did help ease the tightness in our chest (maybe coming from hot humid sea level singapore we took probably longer to adapt). We chose the 3 star option and did not regret it. Most cases the rooms were spacious and had great views. At pangong tso we asked to upgrade to a room with a view for an additional Rs 6.6k per person we were 3, sharing a room so we paid Rs 19.8k we felt was steep but were told taxes are high and dinner was included. Our Rs 51k per person for the trip included an excellent calm careful and informative driver Jimme and a sturdy spacious vehicle, breakfast and in two places dinner. Jimme's playlist is also great so after our trip we asked him for it. We saw beautiful monastries at Alchi, Lamayuru, Diskit, moonland the impressive Indus, Shyok and Suru rivers which we drove along. Jagmohan our tour coordinator was helpful and accommodating of our requests to add Kargil. Over all an excellent trip and we were glad we chose Traeminent.  July, 2026

It's was a pleasant trip. 6 days and 5 nights - 3 couple. Cover kochi, Kollam and alappuzha boat house. The driver was good and helpful. All hotel- casino kochi and fragrant nature Kollam was too good. Boathouse experience was great too. The helper Abu in boathouse cooked super fast and delicious food( chicken, prawn,fish and crab). We recently completed a tour to Kashmir, Amritsar, Shimla, and Manali organised by Traeminent, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish.
