Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 Delhi – Arrival +
Welcome to India. Upon your arrival at Delhi airport, and our representative will meet you and drive to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel and rest for the day. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.
DAY 2 Delhi – Khajuraho (By overnight Train: KKDE KURJ EXP | 06:20 PM – 08:00 AM) +
After breakfast, head for Delhi sightseeing tour covering Jama Masjid (Enjoy the Rickshaw ride here), drive past the Red Fort and visit Raj Ghat, Humayun’s. Tomb. Later, proceed to India Gate, a cenotaph commemorating Indian martyrs, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan Qutab Minar and the Lotus Temple. You will be later transferred to the railway station to board overnight train for Khajuraho. Overngiht stay at train to Khajuraho.
DAY 3 Khajuraho – Sightseeing +

Morning arrival at Khajuraho railway station around 08:00 am. Our representative will transfer you to the hotel (early check-in subject to room availability). After some relaxation, head for sightseeing tour to the Khajuraho Group of Temples that date back to the 10th and 11th centuries and lie in three distinct groups each about 2 Km. apart. The Western Group of Temples is the largest and most well-preserved temple complexs. The other two groups Eastern and Jain are smaller yet a must discover. In the evening, enjoy a captivating Sound and Light Show at the Western Temples. It is a 50-minute show that begins at dusk and is presented first in English. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Khajuraho.

DAY 4 Khajuraho – Bandhavgarh (By Road: 230 Kms / 5 Hours Drive) +
Wake up and settle for breakfast. Later, check out from the hotel and drive to Bandhavgarh. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. Spend the day at leisure. In the evening, enjoy delicious snacks with fireworks display. Overnight stay at hotel in Bandhavgarh.
DAY 5 Bandhavgarh – Wildlife Jeep Safari +
Wake up early morning and head for morning safari at the Bandhavgarh National Park. Track the Tigers and other wildlife throughout the morning. Return to the resort/lodge by 1000 AM and settle for a hearty breakfast. After some relaxation, freshen up and get ready for evening jeep safari at the tiger reserve from 1700 - 1800 Hrs. Return to the hotel and in the evening, enjoy delicious snacks with tribal folk dance/ Wildlife movies with bonfire. Overnight stay at hotel in Bandhavgarh.
DAY 6 Bandhavgarh – Kanha (240 Kms / 6 Hours Drive) +
Wake up early and set off for jungle safari inside the national park for amazing wildlife viewing. Later, return to hotel for delicious breakfast that will be served and then proceed to Kanha National Park. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and the rest of the day will be at leisure. In the evening, enjoy delicious snacks with tribal folk dance/ Wildlife movies with bonfire. Overnight stay at hotel in Kanha.
DAY 7 Kanha – Wildlife Jeep Safari +
Kick start your morning with jungle safari where you will get to spot rare species from a closer view. Return back to the lodge for breakfast and rest for a while. In the afternoon, eat lunch and head for another safari tour where you can spot tigers from a closer view. Return back to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy delicious snacks with tribal folk dance/ Wildlife movies with bonfire. Overnight stay at hotel in Kanha.
DAY 8 Kanha – Bhedaghat – Jabalpur (By Road: 160 Kms / 4 Hours Drive) +
After a leisure breakfast in morning, drive to Jabalpur. Enroute, visit the Chausath Yogini Temple, and Dhuandhar Waterfalls in Bhedaghat. Later, drive to Jabalpur. Upon reaching, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Jabalpur.
DAY 9 Jabalpur – Chanderi (By Road: 350 Kms / 6.5 Hours Drive) +
After a leisure breakfast in morning, drive to Chanderi. Upon reaching, check-in at the hotel. After little relaxation, head for day excursion to Chanderi Fort, Kati Ghati and Khuni Darwaza. Overnight stay at hotel in Jabalpur.
DAY 10 Chanderi – Orchha (By Road: 107 Kms / 2.5 Hours Drive) +
Enjoy morning breakfast at the hotel and later, drive to Orchha. Upon arrival, check in the hotel and after some relaxation, proceed for sightseeing tour of Orchha sites within the Fort Complex. Overnight stay at hotel in Orchha.
DAY 11 Orchha – Jhansi – Gwalior (By Road: 120 Kms / 3 Hours Drive) +

Enjoy morning breakfast at the hotel and later, drive to Gwalior. En route, vissit the Jhansi Fort and Rani Mahal. Continue drive to Gwalior. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and after some relaxation, discover the hillfort complex of the centuries-old Gwalior Fort. Perched on a vast rocky hill, this imposing fort is constructed from lime and sandstone. It is one of the most prominent structure of the city that houses various palaces, many temples, big entry gates. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Gwalior.

DAY 12 Gwalior – Padhavali – Mitaoli - Agra By Road: 150 Kms / 4 Hours Drive) +
Wake up and have early morning breakfast. Check out from the hotel and proceed for drive to Agra. Enroute, visit the Gwalior Sun Temple and the Bateshwar Group of Temple's at Padhavali and Ekattarso Mahadev Mandir (Chausath Yogini Temple) at Mitaoli. Continue drive to Agra. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax for the day. Overnight stay at hotel in Agra.
DAY 13 Agra – Delhi (By Evening Train) | TAJ EXPRESS #12279 (6:20 PM / 9:35 PM) +

Wake up and head for early morning visit to the TAJ MAHAL (Closed on Fridays). Return to the hotel and enjoy breakfast. After some relaxation, check out from the hotel and visit the Agra Fort and the Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb. Evening transfer to the railway station to board superfast train to Delhi. Upon arrival, check in the hotel and relax for the day. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

DAY 14 Delhi – Departure +

After leisure breakfast, checkout from the hotel by 12:00 Noon. Enjoy local shopping tour at Delhi's famous local markets including Karol Bagh, Connaught Place, and Janpath. Later, transfer to the Delhi International Airport to board flight back home.

This is a great company who planned and organised my trip to the Golden Triangle with an additional 2 days in the trip was tailor made to my requirements and flight times. Excellent pre-engagement before the trip by email and WhatsApp. I was allocated a driver for the week called Sandeep who I would say is one of the best drivers in India. He got me safely and efficiently from place to place throughout the trip. All guides in each location were excellent and made the trip all the more memorable. Special mention to the guide and driver at Ranthambore fort who were good fun and encouraged me to run back to the jeep as a tiger was sighted nearby. Drove at speed and missed the tiger but got to see a leopard which was awesome. Also guide at Agra who got me there nice and early that I more or less had the Taj Mahal to myself! In conclusion this company deserves maximum rating for such a brilliant week from start to finish. Their price for the package was also competitive compared to other companies I will definitely use this company for my next trip to India. November, 2025.

Golden Triangle Tour – Excellent service. Thanks to TraEminent tour we had a great first visit in India! We booked this tour at the last minute, but everything went very well from start to finish! We had a great driver, always on time, we always had an excellent local guide, a person dedicated only to us to be here 24/7 for every question and problem and the manager of the agency visited us personally to make sure everything was going well. They picked us up at the airport and booked all the accommodation for us. The price was simply unbeatable and the service excellent!! We can only recommend it! We are a family with two children, so sometimes we had to change the agreed itinerary, but everything went great. They helped us even when we were sick, our local guide went with us to the pharmacy and helped us buy the necessary pills. We have just returned from a trip to Arangabad, Hampi and Badami. I found TraEminent on Trustpilot and whatsapped them and got an immediate reply from Sunny, who listened to what we wanted to do then passed us to his colleague Prachi to organise our trip. Prachi sent suggestions of different hotels and also suggested we added Badami to our itinery, which was an excellent suggestion. She organised hotels, drivers, guides and internal flights. Our hotel vouchers and internal flight bar codes were sent to us via email. We paid for the trip in 3 installments, the final one being on the day we arrivec in India. Our contact once the trip was organised and whilst we were in India was Mukesh. Prachi also created a group Whatsapp for herself, Mukesh, my husband and myself. As the holiday neared the war in Iran started and up until the day we travelled we were not sure we would be able to travel and Mukesh was excellent in starting to secure refunds and vouchers. But fortunately on the day we were able to travel, although due to late setting off and extra travel time we missed our connection from Delhi to Aurangabad and had to travel early the next morning. I contacted Mukesh who rearranged the pickup from the airport. Mukesk kept in contact with us daily for the duration of the trip and informed us of each drivers and car details the day before the pick up. We had 2 drivers, Aleem for Aurangabad and Ram for Hampi and Badami, both were excellent and the cars were comfortable. Our guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. The hotels were exactley what we wanted and the intetnal flights with Indigo were ideal time wise. We had the best 10 day tour. Thank you TraEminent for you help, patience and communication.
