We recently completed a tour to Kashmir, Amritsar, Shimla, and Manali organised by Traeminent, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Kashmir was absolutely breathtaking — from the serene Dal Lake to the stunning landscapes of Gulmarg. The houseboat stay was a highlight. Amritsar added a spiritual dimension to the trip, with a seamless visit to the Golden Temple and Wagah Border. Shimla and Manali were equally memorable, offering beautiful mountain views, enjoyable local experiences, and well-coordinated sightseeing. The toy train ride in Shimla and the overall hill station experience were particularly special. The logistics throughout the trip were handled efficiently, transport was comfortable, hotels were well chosen, and the support from the Traeminent team was consistent and dependable. My trip went really well. The management of the trip was absolutrly perfect. The hotels were great, the plan was good, and the team was in regular contact with me during the tour, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, it all went well. The only thing that bothered me was the time alloted in Gulmarg. I was alloted only half day in Gulmarg, which wasnt sufficient. The highlight of the trip was the driver - Adil. You spend a long time with your driver and having a good (or bad) driver makes a lot of difference. Adil went above and beyond to accommodate me in any way possible. Gave that personal touch in every aspect of the travel. Very professional and kept guiding me where possible. Overall a great trip and I would surely recommend my friends and family. Field hockey World Cup in Bhubaneswar Odisha. A very well organised trip to watch the world Cup. Hotel was good with short distance to the stadium. We had a group of 11 of us. After the tournament a well deserve holiday in the state of Odisha. Beautifull beach front hotel in Puri as well as a number of centurion temples well preserved.. Great Experience. The tour started from Lucknow with airport pick-up. The first stop of the tour was the Kumbh Mela where we stayed for 2 days. In Prayag, we had snan at the sangam, pilgrimage of the temples, witnessed the sangam aarati and toured the cultural shows and exhibition.  The 2nd leg of the tour was Varanasi where we stayed for 2 days. We had snan in Ganga, visited the ghats, had cruise in the evening, taking in the mesmerizing view of the ghats after watching spiritually inspiring ganga aarathi. We also performed pilgrimage of Kashi Vishwanath Temple and other temples, visited BHU. The last leg of the tour was Ayodhya where we had darshan at the Ram Temple and Hanuman Temple, in addition to a walk around Ayodhya. We had some time for a quick road tour of Lucknow on our way back before being dropped off at the airport. The whole tour was very well organised. The itinerary was well planned, with details looked into carefully and communicated to us, for any feedback on our wishes. The car driver, tour guides and the hotels we were accommodated in and the itinerary left us fully satisfied and happy. I am thankful to all who were involved in doing a splendid job in providing us a wonderful experience.
