Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrive Cochin +

Arrive at Cochin and meet our representative who will meet and greet you at the airport. Get transferred to Brunton Boatyard hotel. A 5-star hotel, Brunton Boatyard is a true example of Victorian era. With spacious rooms and stunning view of the harbour, this hotel is sure to make your stay comfortable and lavish. From courteous staff to luxurious services, guests can have the time of their lives at this plush property of Kerala. Freshen up and one hour sunset cruise that is offered to the entire guest staying at Brunton Boatyard. Enjoy the mesmerizing view of the sunset from the harbour and make the most of the trip. By evening enjoy delicious dinner and stay overnight at Brunton Boatyard.

DAY 2 Cochin City tour +

After breakfast, get ready to explore the beautiful city of Cochin. Head to visit the famous Chinese fishing nets, St.Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Mattancherry, Fort Kochi Area. Explore the spice market where you can find numerous samples of spices, out in the open. DAY 3 Cochin - Munnar (130 Kms / Approx 04 Hrs 30 Mint. Drive) +

Today after breakfast drive to Munnar which is a beautiful hill station of Kerala. On arrival, check into the hotel and rest for a while. You can later visit aromatic tea plantations or indulge in sport activities like paragliding. Overnight stay at Munnar.

DAY 4 Munnar Sightseeing +

Today after breakfast, proceed to sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit popular places like Tea Museum, Munnar Tea estate, Mattupetty Dam, Eravikulam National Park. Overnight stay at Munnar.

DAY 5 Munnar- Thekkady (91 Kms / Approx 03 Hrs 30 Mint. Drive) +

Enjoy your breakfast and head to Thekkady which is situated in the Western Ghats in Kerala. On arrival, check into the hotel and rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

DAY 6 Thekkady +

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and begin your day with a boat ride (at your own coast) in Lake Periyar. The best thing to do in Lake Periyar is boat ride that takes you through the lush greenery of the region. You will get a unique opportunity to view colourful birds, elephants, deer and boars quenching their thirst at the river banks. After the boat ride, you can choose to go on a jeep safari (own cost) or go for an elephant safari. Periyar is one of Kerala’s most famous tourist destinations for wildlife lovers. Housing various exotic animals and bird species, Periyar is a perfect place to spend some time among the nature and animals. You can enjoy other activities such as elephant ride, jungle walk, bamboo rafting and much more that will keep you enthralled all day long. Later come back to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 7 Thekkady-Alleppey (140 Kms / Approx 04 Hrs Drive) +

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and leave for day cruise to Alleppey. Admire the beautiful view of the backwaters of Kerala that is sure to refresh your mind and body. It is an excellent opportunity to get a closer look of the beauty of land and learn about the village people. Watch the green paddy fields, canoes, thatched roof houses and canoes while on your day cruise. Enjoy lunch, evening snacks at the day cruise and make the best of the trip. DAY 8 Alleppey-Cochin (53 Kms / Approx 01 Hrs 30 Mint. Drive) -Flight- Singapore +

Have your breakfast and later meet our representative who will transfer you to Cochin airport. From there board flight for Singapore which is your next stop on this tour.

DAY 9 Singapore (Half Day City Tour and Evening Night Safari Tour) +

Today after breakfast head for half day city tour where you will be visiting popular attractions like Civic District, National Gallery, Merlion Park, Thian Hock Keng Temple, Singapore Botanic Gardens, walk through the National Orchid Garden that houses display of 60,000 orchid plants. Lastly you will visit Little India where you will get to watch a demonstration of Teh Tarik Pulled Tea at the Sarabat Stall. Later by evening, get ready for night safari tour where you will have the opportunity to witness nocturnal creatures such as Malayan tapir, Malayan tiger, endangered Asian elephant etc. Explore the park on one of the walking trails that allow you to see animas that are not visible from the tram. DAY 10 Singapore (Full Day Universal Studio Tour) +

Explore Hollywood’s most famous backlot in the largest working movie studio. Spend your day exploring the park and by evening return back to the hotel.

DAY 11 Singapore (Full Day Sentosa Island Tour) +

Kick start your day with breakfast and rest of the day is for leisure. Later in the afternoon, get ready for Sentosa Tour. Situated just half mile off the south coast of Singapore, Sentosa Island is a perfect place for ideal family outing. We booked a trip to Ladakh based on positive reviews on tripadvisor. It was a personal 7 nights 8 days trip. They asked us our preferences and came up with an itinerary and price with 3 or 4 star hotel options. The trip included leh, pangong tso, shyok,nubra valley, turtuk, alchi and travelling through high altitude snowy passes khardungla and changla and kargil (we added kargil). We went late june early july. It was beautiful and flowers were starting to come up, and also snowmelts. A bit scary in shyok as the road in places disappeared and we drove over stones and through water for a few kilometres. We saw marmot, wild donkey and free horses, yak and several birds. The mountains are majestic. The altitude does make you a bit breathless, none of us had any health condition and we felt it. Our local contact in leg provided by traeminent tours advised us on altitude sickness and he emphasised several times on contacting him if we ever felt unfortable beyond the usual symptoms, how much and when to sleep. We followed his instructions carefully. We also took diomax for tge altitude breathlessness the first night which helped but it makes you thirsty and gives you a headache so we stopped taking it after. For our stay in Pangong tso our Leh person Gurmeet told us to take an oxygen cylinder reason being its higher altitude and there are no hospitals. An oxygen cylinder has 3 hours worth of oxygen should you need to drive to a hospital. We considered the Rs 2,500 an insurance and we did feel more breathless at pangong. While we could have managed without oxygen the oxygen did help ease the tightness in our chest (maybe coming from hot humid sea level singapore we took probably longer to adapt). We chose the 3 star option and did not regret it. Most cases the rooms were spacious and had great views. At pangong tso we asked to upgrade to a room with a view for an additional Rs 6.6k per person we were 3, sharing a room so we paid Rs 19.8k we felt was steep but were told taxes are high and dinner was included. Our Rs 51k per person for the trip included an excellent calm careful and informative driver Jimme and a sturdy spacious vehicle, breakfast and in two places dinner. Jimme's playlist is also great so after our trip we asked him for it. We saw beautiful monastries at Alchi, Lamayuru, Diskit, moonland the impressive Indus, Shyok and Suru rivers which we drove along. Jagmohan our tour coordinator was helpful and accommodating of our requests to add Kargil. Over all an excellent trip and we were glad we chose Traeminent.  July, 2026
