TOUR ITINERARY

Arrive at Kathmandu and meet our representative who will transfer you to your booked hotel. On arrival, check in at the hotel and rest for a while. Later in the afternoon head for yoga session, yogic breathing and meditation that will refresh you instantly. Then proceed for trekking experience in the Annapurna region. Return back for overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for yoga and meditation session. Later head for full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu where you will visit popular places like Kathmandy Durbar Square, Swyambhunath and Pashupatinath Temple which is abode of the supreme Lord Shiva. In the afternoon, you will get back to your hotel for pre-trip-meeting with your trekking guide where you will be provided with necessary information for the trekking tour. Finish your day with another yoga and meditation session in the evening. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

Today, enjoy early morning yoga and meditation session and later you will be transferred to Pokhara. Drive past the scenic landscape , rural settlements, twisting road while on your way. On your arrival, get transferred to your booked hotel in Pokhara. Rest for a while and head for walking tour around the beautiful Phewa Lake. After exploring the lake, return back to Pokhara and indulge in another session of yoga and meditation. Overnight stay at Pokhara
Early today, indulge in your morning session of yoga and meditation. Later head for trekking in the beautiful region. Begin your drive with starting point of Nayapul with your guide. Enroute you will pass through a village that boast of spectacular scenery. On arrival at Nayapul, the adventure begins with Tikhedhunga as the destination. Begin your walk from Nayapul by following the Modi River to Birethanti which is a village situated at the meeting of Modi River and Bhurungdi River. Further follow the eastern bank of Bhurungdi Khola and arrive at the settlement of Tikhedhunga. Have your lunch that will be served on the way. You will then reach Tikhedhunga where your first yoga and yogic breathing session in the trekking region will take place. Overnight stay at the tea house.
Today, you will start your trek after the breakfast with the steep trek through the staircase before you reach Ulleri. This destination is popular for its spectacular view of the Annapurna Range. You will continue your trek and the trail ahead of Ulleri is gradual and has some sort of ups and downs for the trekkers. After passing by the villages of Banthati and Nangethati, you will reach Ghorepani village which is inhabited by the Magar community. The village proffers excellent view of the Annapuran Range, Dhaulagiri and other peaks. After the long trek, you will be introduced to the final session of refreshing yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at tea house in Ghorepani.
After your regular yoga session, you will be heading to witness the memorable sunrise of this entire trek. After 45 minutes of uphill trek, you will reach Poonhill that provides stunning view of sunrise over the stunning mountains from West Dhaulagiri. After enjoying your day here, you will return back to Ghorepani for breakfast. Continue your trek through the forest covered with pine, bamboo and rhododendron trees before reaching Tadapani. Lunch will be served on the way at the tea houses. You will end your day with another session of yoga, meditation and yogic breathing. Overnight stay at tea houses.
Today, you will trek with the Gurung village of Ghandruk. Begin your day with yoga session and head out for trekking that will start from Tadapani. You will trek for around an hour before reaching the Bhasi Kahrka which is a summer settlement for the animal herders and locals. From here, you will decent to Ghandruk village and pass through forest creeks, smaller streams etc. Arrive at Ghandruk which is also known as the Switzerland of Nepal by some adventurers. It is one of the biggest towns of this trek and is popular for being a living museum of Gurung culture and tradition. You will have enough time to explore the village and its culture. Complete your day with another session of yoga and meditation. Overnight in Ghandruk.
Today, the entire day you will be indulged in philanthropic activities. Begin your day with morning regular yogic session. The activities will start after breakfast. You can indulge in activities like being a guest teacher in the local school, help the craftsmen in their work or sharing your ideas in solving social or other issues. Later return back to the hotel for your evening yoga and meditation session. Overnight stay at Ghandruk.
Today, descent back to the city of Pokhara. While on the way, trek down to Nayapool and pass through several smaller settlements, view the Himalayas, interact with the locals and much more. After experiencing these things enroute, finish your trek in Nayapool and later head for a drive to Pokhara. Indulge in your evening yoga session in Pokhara and overnight stay.
After breakfast take a quick session of yoga and meditation and drive to Kaythmandu. On arrival, check into the hotel and rest of the day is for leisure. In the evening, indulge in naothe revening session of yoga and meditation. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
After breakfast and your regular yoga and meditation session in the morning, head towards Nepali meal cooking class in Kathmandu. Learn how to cook nepali cuisine, how to use spice and learn about their culinary skills. Return to your hotel after your cooking lesson and overnight stay at Kathmandu.
After breakfast, pack your bags as you will dropped back at the airport from where you will board flight for your onward destination.
