Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival in Delhi +
Welcome to India. On arrival at Delhi Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Check-in and relax after your journey. Overnight stay in Delhi.
DAY 2 Delhi City Tour +
Have your breakfast and enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid which is one of the largest mosques in India and explore the lively streets of Chandni Chowk. Enjoy a rickshaw ride through Old Delhi and see the famous Red Fort area. Later, visit Rajghat which is the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. Drive past India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan and Parliament House, some of the most important landmarks of this city. Continue to Qutub Minar, one of Delhi's most famous historical monuments. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 3 Delhi - Agra (4 Hours Drive) +
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra which is well-known for Taj Mahal. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax. Later, visit the beautiful Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah, also known as the "Baby Taj." In the evening, you may explore the colorful local markets if time permits. Overnight stay in Agra.
DAY 4 Agra - Fatehpur Sikri (1.5 Hours Drive) - Jaipur (4 Hours Drive) +
Start the day with a sunrise visit to the iconic Taj Mahal which is a symbol of eternal love. Return to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast. After that, check out and drive towards Jaipur. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its incredible Mughal architecture. Continue the drive to Jaipur and check-in at the hotel. In the evening, visit Nahargarh Fort and enjoy magical sunset views over the Pink City. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
DAY 5 Jaipur City Tour +
Wake up and have your breakfast. After that, visit the grand Amber Fort. You can also enjoy a jeep ride to the fort entrance (optional). Explore the beautiful Sheesh Mahal and Jag Mandir inside the fort. Later, visit the City Palace which showcases the royal heritage of Jaipur. Continue to Jantar Mantar which is a UNESCO-listed astronomical observatory and stop at Hawa Mahal for photographs. In the evening, enjoy free time to explore the colorful bazaars of Jaipur, famous for jewelry, textiles, handicrafts and souvenirs. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
DAY 6 Jaipur - Pushkar via Ajmer Sharif (Approx. 3 Hours Drive) +
Enjoy breakfast and get ready to drive towards Pushkar. On the way, visit the famous Ajmer Sharif Dargah which is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in India. Continue the drive to Pushkar and visit the holy Brahma Temple and Pushkar Lake. Spend some time exploring local market before checking in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Pushkar.
DAY 7 Pushkar - Udaipur (Approx. 5 Hours Drive) +
After a delicious breakfast, drive to Udaipur which is known as the "City of Lakes." On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy the famous Bagore Ki Haveli cultural show which features traditional Rajasthani music and dance performances. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
DAY 8 Udaipur City Tour +
Have a sumptuous breakfast and get ready to explore the beautiful Udaipur city. Visit the magnificient City Palace which is known for its royal architecture, colorful glass windows, marble balconies and beautiful courtyards. Later, explore Gulab Bagh, Sahelion Ki Bari, Jagdish Temple and the Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum. You can also enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola (optional) for stunning views of the city and surrounding palaces. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
DAY 9 Udaipur - Ranakpur - Jodhpur (250 Kms / Approx. 5 Hours) +
Once breakfast is completed, you will drive to Jodhpur with a stop at Ranakpur. Visit the famous Jain Temple which is known for its beautiful carvings and unique architecture supported by 1,444 intricately carved pillars. Continue your drive to Jodhpur and upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Enjoy the Light and Sound Show (optional) at Mandore Garden in the evening. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
DAY 10 Jodhpur City Tour +
Following breakfast, explore the highlights of Jodhpur. Visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort and admire its beautiful palaces including Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Later, discover Jaswant Thada which is a beautiful marble memorial and the grand Umaid Bhawan Palace. If time permits, enjoy some shopping in the local markets. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
DAY 11 Jodhpur - Delhi (By Train) +

We booked a trip to Ladakh based on positive reviews on tripadvisor. It was a personal 7 nights 8 days trip. They asked us our preferences and came up with an itinerary and price with 3 or 4 star hotel options. The trip included leh, pangong tso, shyok,nubra valley, turtuk, alchi and travelling through high altitude snowy passes khardungla and changla and kargil (we added kargil). We went late june early july. It was beautiful and flowers were starting to come up, and also snowmelts. A bit scary in shyok as the road in places disappeared and we drove over stones and through water for a few kilometres. We saw marmot, wild donkey and free horses, yak and several birds. The mountains are majestic. The altitude does make you a bit breathless, none of us had any health condition and we felt it. Our local contact in leg provided by traeminent tours advised us on altitude sickness and he emphasised several times on contacting him if we ever felt unfortable beyond the usual symptoms, how much and when to sleep. We followed his instructions carefully. We also took diomax for tge altitude breathlessness the first night which helped but it makes you thirsty and gives you a headache so we stopped taking it after. For our stay in Pangong tso our Leh person Gurmeet told us to take an oxygen cylinder reason being its higher altitude and there are no hospitals. An oxygen cylinder has 3 hours worth of oxygen should you need to drive to a hospital. We considered the Rs 2,500 an insurance and we did feel more breathless at pangong. While we could have managed without oxygen the oxygen did help ease the tightness in our chest (maybe coming from hot humid sea level singapore we took probably longer to adapt). We chose the 3 star option and did not regret it. Most cases the rooms were spacious and had great views. At pangong tso we asked to upgrade to a room with a view for an additional Rs 6.6k per person we were 3, sharing a room so we paid Rs 19.8k we felt was steep but were told taxes are high and dinner was included. Our Rs 51k per person for the trip included an excellent calm careful and informative driver Jimme and a sturdy spacious vehicle, breakfast and in two places dinner. Jimme's playlist is also great so after our trip we asked him for it. We saw beautiful monastries at Alchi, Lamayuru, Diskit, moonland the impressive Indus, Shyok and Suru rivers which we drove along. Jagmohan our tour coordinator was helpful and accommodating of our requests to add Kargil. Over all an excellent trip and we were glad we chose Traeminent.  July, 2026
