On arrival, meet our guide who will transfer you to your booked hotel. Spend the day at leisure and overnight stay at Chennai.

Today after breakfast enjoy a tour of Chennai where you will visit Marina Beach that provides stunning views of sunrise and sunset. Nest head to visit Fort St. George which was built in the year 1640 AD by the British East India Company. Visit St. Mary’s Church that is situated within the fort. Later visit National Art Gallery that was established in the year 1857 and is one of the country’s finest museums. Head to visit Kapaleshwar Temple is situated in Mylapore and is devoted to Lord Shiva. Overnight stay at Chennai.

Today morning drive towards Kanchipuram which is one of the seven holy cities in the country. Visit Kailasanatha Temple which was built in the 8th century AD and is famous for intricate carvings. Next visit Ekambaranatha which is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Arrive at Mahabalipuram and rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, head for sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram where you will visit some of the popular attractions like Panch- the five rathas, Arjunas Penance which is a masterpiece carved out in the mid 17th century, witness the Mahasura Mandapam Which is a rock cut cave temple that dates back to the late 17th century, shore temple which is a UNESCO World Heritage site dating back to the 8th century. Overnight stay at Mahabalipuram.

Today after breakfast, drive to Pondicherry and on arrival, check into the hotel and rest of the day is for leisure. Overnight stay at Pondicherry.

Enjoy your breakfast and proceed to Thanjavur. Enroute visit Chidambaram which is dedicated to Lord Nataraja. It is one of the few temples where Shiva and Vishnu enshrined under one roof. Built by the cholas, it is an ancient temple that was devoted solely to the art of Bharatanatyam. Later drive to Tanjore which is known as the Rice Bowl of Tamil Nadu. On arrival, check in at the hotel and explore the city. Begin your sightseeing tour of Thanjavur where you will visit popular places like Brihadeshwara Temple which is a 11th century temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Next head to visit Thanjavur Palace which is locally called Aranmanai and is the residence of the Bhosle family that ruled Thanjavur from 1674-1855. Later visit Sivaganga Fort and the art gallery. Overnight stay at Thanjavur.

Today, your day will begin with delicious breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed for city tour of Tanjore where you can visit Sri Brahadeewarar Temple which is a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site and a well known attraction in the city. Then head to Great Living Chola Temple and Thanjavur Palace. Continue your drive to Trichy which is a 2-hour drive from Tanjore. Check into the hotel on arrival and overnight stay.

After breakfast, proceed to Madurai. Next you will visit Sri Ranganathanswami Temple which is one of the largest and most interesting temple complexes in India. Lastly, you will visit Jambukeshwara Temple which is symbolic of the water element. After the sightseeing tour, continue your drive to Madurai and on arrival, check in at the hotel.

After breakfast, head for sightseeing tour of Madurai where you will visit popular attraction like Meenakshi Temple-one of the largest temple complex built between 16th and 18th centuries, Tiruparankundram Murugan Temple which is one of the 6 abodes or holy shrines of Lord Murugan, Palamuthirsolai Murugan Temple- it is one of the 6 holiest Murugan shrines. Later in the evening, return back to Meenakshi Temple to witness the Aarti ceremony. Overnight stay at Madurai.

Today, after breakfast, proceed to Rameshwaram which is a 4-hour’s drive from Madurai. Rameshwaram is a well known place where Lord Rama built a bridge across the ocean in order to rescue his wife Sita from Ravana. On arrival, check into the hotel and rest for a while. Freshen up and visit Ramnathan Temple, Sri Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple, Floating stones and Rameshwaram Temple. Overnight stay at Rameshwaram.

Enjoy your breakfast and get ready for scenic drive to Kanyakumari which is your next stop on this tour. Enroute visit Thiruchendur Murugan Temple and admire the beauty of the place. Later continue your journey to Kanyakumari and on arrival, check into the hotel and enjoy the stunning sunset view of Kanyakumari shore. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Wake up early today at 6:30 and visit Triveni sangam which is a famous beach where you can see the meeting of three seas- Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. Later return back to the hotel and enjoy your breakfast. Proceed to visit Vivekanad Rock Memorial and Thiruvalluvar statue which are some of the famous places to visit in Kanyakumari. Spend your evening at the Kanyakumari Beach. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.

Have your breakfast and leave for Kovalam which is a 2.5 hour drive from Kanyakumari. On arrival, check into the hotel and later visit some of the famous attractions of the city which includes places like Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, The Napier Museum that exhibits unique collection of paintings, musical instruments and sculptures. Spend some time at Shakumugham Beach in the evening and overnight stay at Kovalam.

Today, check out from the hotel and get transferred to the airport from where you will board flight to Sri Lanka. Arrive at Negombo airport and meet our representative who will drop you at your booked hotel. Rest of the day is for leisure and overnight stay at Negombo.

Enjoy delicious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Kandy which is a 3 hours from Negombo. Enroute head to visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage which is a popular tourist attraction in Sri Lanka. This well known orphanage was started in 1975 that houses abandoned and wounded elephants. These gigantic creatures have been brought from various parts and have been kept here for their safety. You can feed and bathe them and watch the, from a closer view. Proceed to Kandy and overnight stay at Kandy.

After breakfast head to visit Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden which is considered to be the largest botanical garden in Sri Lanka. Later visit the famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic which is yet another popular attraction to see in Kandy. The Relic is known to be Sri Lanka’s most prized possession as it is religious in the Buddhist world. In the evening, enjoy the cultural dance show that features numerous dance types of Sri Lanka. Overnight stay at Kandy.

After breakfast, proceed to Nuwara Eliya which is your next stop on this Sri Lankan Tour. Enroute visit Ramboda Hanumanji Temple, Tea Plantation and Ramboda Falls. By evening head to visit the famous Yala National park which is famous for its big herds of elephants, leopards, crocodiles, mongoose, wild buffalo etc. Take a jeep safari for approximately 2 hours where you will get to see amazing wildlife of Sri Lanka. After your enthralling safari tour, return back to your hotel in Yala for overnight stay.

Proceed to Bentota after breakfast and en route visit Galle Fort and beach. Galle Fort was first built by the Portuguese on the South western coast of Sri Lanka. The fort underwent modifications in the 17th century by the Dutch making it one of the most well known historical attractions of Sri Lanka. Spend your day admiring the beauty of the city at the beach. On arrival at Bentota, check in and overnight stay at Bentota.

Today get ready for Bentota city tour where you will visit Koskoda Turtle Hatchery. The tortoise hatchery is a successful conservation project that helps to maintain and improve sea turtle stability. Experience the hatchery operations, and hear about the fascinating creatures. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to Colombo that will take approximately 2- hours from Bentota. Drive through the city where you will be covering famous places like Sea Street, Bazaar area, Dutch Church, Cinnamon Gardens etc. Witness the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square. For shopaholics, Colombo is a paradise as it boasts of various sites where one can buy souvenirs or other things.
